Booking policy

At Stockholm Massage, we are committed to providing our customers with a professional and efficient service. Our booking policy applies to all bookings made with us, and by making a booking, you agree to accept our policy, which is also available on our website and in the booking form. Cancellation policy

In order to ensure smooth and efficient operation and avoid financial loss, we have implemented a cancellation policy for no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We kindly ask you to follow the guidelines outlined below:

  • Missed appointments and bookings that are not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged at 100 percent of the cost.
  • To cancel your appointment, please send an email to kontakt@stockholmmassage.se. Our contact details can also be found on our website under the “Contact” tab.
  • Our booking policy is clearly stated on our website, and a link to our terms and conditions is provided on the booking page. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept our booking policy. It is your responsibility as a customer to read and understand the policy and its conditions.

In the confirmation email you receive after making a booking, you will find information on how to cancel or make changes to your appointment.

Billing for missed appointments

When you book a treatment with us, you enter into a binding agreement, where you commit to being present at the scheduled time. This helps us maintain our business and serve our customers efficiently. If you fail to show up or cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we cannot sell the appointment to another customer, and we lose revenue. In such cases, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions via email or post.

If payment is not made within the set time, additional fees for claim management may be added to collect your debt, including measures through the Kronofogden or through our collection partners.

Cancellation by Stockholm Massage

As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, address, email, and other relevant details required for booking your treatment. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment or block you from our booking system if you provide misleading, frivolous, incomplete, or incorrect information. Creating multiple bookings for the same time period or falsifying records may result in appropriate legal measures.

Late arrival

We strongly recommend that you arrive on time for your scheduled treatment. In case of late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened, and it will end at the originally scheduled time.

Policy for non-Swedish residents

If you are making a booking and are not registered as a resident in Sweden, our booking policy requires that the treatment be paid for in advance. In this case, we will send a payment link to the phone number you provided during the booking process. Please note that your booking request will not be approved if payment is not received. This procedure does not apply if you are registered as a resident in Sweden.

Package validity period

When you purchase a package from us at Stockholm Massage, we want to ensure that you have ample opportunity to enjoy our services. Therefore, we have established the following terms for the validity of our packages:

Duration of Validity: Each package you purchase will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Non-Extendable Validity: Please note that the validity period of our packages cannot be extended beyond the specified timeframe. We encourage our clients to plan their appointments within this period to fully utilize the benefits of their purchased package.

Wellness Massage

In line with our commitment to promote health and well-being, we offer wellness massages that can be booked or purchased using wellness allowances. It is important to note that all treatments or packages utilizing wellness allowances are strictly personal. This means they cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred or used by anyone other than the person who originally booked or purchased the service.

This policy is in accordance with the rules of the Swedish Tax Agency and the standard practice within the industry. The purpose is to ensure that the wellness allowance is used in a correct manner, in accordance with its intended aim of supporting the individual employee’s health and well-being.
