At Stockholm Massage, we are committed to providing our customers with a professional and efficient service. Our booking policy applies to all bookings made with us, and by making a booking, you agree to accept our policy, which is also available on our website and in the booking form. Cancellation Policy
To maintain efficient operations and prevent financial loss, it is necessary to apply cancellation policies for no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please note the following guidelines:
- Missed appointments and bookings not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged at 100 percent of the cost.
- To cancel your appointment, please send an email to kontakt@stockholmmassage.se. Please note that contact information is available on our website under the “Contact” tab.
- Our booking policy is explicitly stated on our website. The booking page includes a link to our terms and conditions.
- By making a booking, you agree to our booking policy. It is each customer’s responsibility to review the information and conditions.
- Our email communication confirming your booking will provide information on how cancellations and changes can be made and when they can be carried out.
Charges for No-Show Appointments
When appointments are missed, we lose revenue for our business. When you, as a customer, book a treatment, you enter into a binding contract, where you (the buyer) commit to being present at the agreed time. The same applies for home visits. We (the seller) commit to reserving the time and booking for you, without selling it to someone else. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours before your reservation, we cannot sell the time or booking to another customer.
How am I charged for missed appointments and times?
We will send an invoice via email or mail with payment instructions. For payments not received within the allotted time, additional charges for debt collection efforts will incur to recover your debt, including actions through Kronofogden or through collection partners.
Our Right to Cancel Your Treatment
As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself, including first and last name, phone number, address, email address, and other relevant information we require to offer you the treatment you wish to book. We reserve the right to cancel the booked time or block you from our booking system at any time if you provide incorrect, incomplete, non-serious, or misleading information, or if you misuse our booking function by creating multiple bookings for the same time period. In cases of forgery and abuse, we will take appropriate police action.
Bookings with Late Arrival
We recommend that you always arrive on time for the treatment you have booked. If you arrive late, the treatment time will be shortened and will end at the time the treatment would have ended according to the original booking time.
Booking Rules for Customers Not Registered in Sweden
For those booking who are not registered in Sweden, our booking policy requires that the treatment be paid for in advance. In this case, we will send a payment link to the phone number you provided in the booking. Your booking request will not be approved if payment is not received. For those registered in Sweden, this procedure does not apply.
Validity Period for Packages
When you purchase a package from us at Stockholm Massage, we want to ensure you have ample opportunities to enjoy our services. Therefore, we have established the following conditions for the validity of our packages:
- Validity period: Each package you purchase will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Non-extendable validity: Please note that the validity period for our packages cannot be extended beyond the specified timeframe. We encourage our customers to plan their bookings within this period to fully utilize the benefits of their purchased package.
Wellness Massage
In line with our commitment to promoting health and well-being, we offer wellness massages that can be booked or purchased with wellness allowances. It is important to note that all treatments or packages utilizing wellness allowances are strictly personal. This means they cannot under any circumstances be transferred or used by anyone other than the person who originally booked or purchased the service.
This policy aligns with the rules of the Swedish Tax Agency and industry standard practices. The purpose is to ensure that the wellness allowance is used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose of supporting the individual employee’s health and well-being.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item or a significant part of it. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to clearly inform us that you wish to do so. If the purchase involves a product that is custom-made or personally tailored, the withdrawal period begins from the day we inform you of this.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following situations:
- If the service has begun with your approval during the withdrawal period,
- If the price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market, such as stocks,
- If the product cannot be returned due to its nature,
- If the product is sealed and the seal has been broken, which includes audio and video recordings and computer software where technical sealing has been used.
Cancellation of Wellness Services
In the event of a canceled purchase of any of our wellness services, we will report this to the Swedish Tax Agency to prevent fraud. In this context, we will transfer the personal data used in the purchase, as it is in our legitimate interest to ensure that our receipts are not used in illegal contexts.
